ShmekTV Rules:

All videos submitted to ShmekTV will be broadcast at least one (1) time within the first 30 days from the date of submission. Days and time of broadcast shall be determined solely by Shmek, LLC.
All videos submitted must meet broadcast standards for decency. This includes, but is not limited to, foul language, nudity, or objectionable content. Any violations of these standards, as determined solely by Shmek, LLC shall result in the video being removed from ShmekTV. Shmek, LLC shall notify the artist of any violations. Continued violations may result in the cancellation of the artist account.
ShmekTV is free to all artists for the first 30 days. After 30 days, ShmekTV is $2.99 for a monthly subscription or $25.00 for an annual subscription.
In addition to your free video broadcast exposure received during the first 30 days, ShmekTV will also broadcast videos each day selected by (a) fan voting, (b) Shmek staff, and (c) paid inclusion. The amount of videos selected from each category shall be solely at the discretion of Shmek, LLC.
Each week at least two (2) videos from ShmekTV will be selected for broadcast on Shmek-U, our college television network broadcasting on 185 campuses with over 35 million in student traffic each month. Videos selected for Shmek-U shall be determined solely by fan voting. Winning videos may not run more than four (4) continuous weeks on Shmek-U television.
