You are not expected to know everything about this disease, though you may feel you know what needs to be done, your professionals in the medical field are there for your help and assistance. It may not feel like they are, rather intimidating to tell someone your daily habits, (late night icecream, splurging at buffets we all have habits that either need to be broken or you just live with them because they help you with what ever your trying to comfort yourself at the moment stress signals hit your brain.
Your not supposed to know every thing about everything, but when it comes to YOUR health... YOU need to make an action plan customized for YOU. Otherwise you are choosing a slow death, where your nerve endings go numb, your kidneys fail, leading to weekly if not daily trips to the dialysis machine to do what your natural organs can't do any longer.
