As a young woman growing up pursuing her dreams, Brittany Bell knew she wanted to reach for the stars and have an impact on not only her life but also others. With the a pursuit in broadcast journalism, she earned three academic scholarships which allowed her, at the age of 17, to attend Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Brittany's passion for entertainment and television grew during college while dancing for the NBA as a Phoenix Suns Dancer for three consecutive years (2006-2009). After earning her Bachelor's degree from ASU in Broadcast Journalism in May 2009, she decided to venture toward her career. But there was one thing that Brittany had always wanted to do and that was become Miss Arizona USA. She decided not to dance another year and instead compete for the title with full motivation to be a positive representative of the state. Now with the title of Miss Arizona USA 2010 in hand, Brittany has been heavily involved in community outreach with both social and charity events. She is the official spokeswoman for the foundation Face In The Mirror - Centered toward the healing touch of pampering patients in hospitals as they fight Cancer. Brittany also focuses her time helping underprivileged youth as a mentor of the Positive Adult Leadership in Society program of the Phoenix Youth at Risk organization. Aside from the title, Brittany works with Cox Charities taping segments for Doing More For Arizona. She has experience reporting, hosting, voicing, writing scripts and even video editing. Having past involvement with catalog and NBA promotions, Brittany is also a commercial and print model. With a pursuit of performance and a singing career, she plans to maximize her opportunities as a performer and entertainment host. Brittany is known as a self-driven, motivated young woman full of spirit. Her current goal is to be a light through all that she is blessed with in life. Brittany lives her life by the quote "everything happens for a reason" and she never stops pursuing her dreams.
