Taking Control to Maintain a Quality Life

Those with disease, a dis-ease in their life, spiritually, mentally, and/or physically are being made aware of pain.  Pain is an alert to you that something is 'out of the norm'.  (Leaving the obnoxious quizzer; "What is NORMAL anyway?")  Some of us live with the pain, and think it's normal because we don't talk to others about our minor concerns, or there is no one in our lives that on a daily basis examine our moods and behaviors to help us recognize that "Honey, you've been weezing a bit much lately" or "Your memory seems to be slipping, you're wearing the same shirt you wore yesterday".  Whatever the degree your disease effects you, there are ways to attempt change and succeed.  There is power in your choice, in your intention, in your focus and in your determination.

Determination, infers to making a choice, following thru with that choice, and the force for which you believe in that choice you made.  Presently we are into the third month of the year 2010.  What determination do you have for the rest of the year?  How are you living your present life and what change do you want to see by the end of the year December 31st?  Have you lost mobility in some form or fashion in your life that you desire to have back, again?  What have you been wanting to accomplish from youth that you have given up hope on coming to fullfilment?  How have you socially become hardened and repel a kindess rather than welcome it.  Explore your life in all areas, let your fantasies, imagination, life experience, desire, and energy drive your dreams home in YOUR life.

Changing your life takes a forward thinking mindset.  From what are u having at your next meal, to tomorrows oxygen producing activity, to the achievements you want to see come to pass in the next 2, 5 or 10 years.  Grab a notebook and start to write down those overall goals, use this time to storyboard, imagine the different trails your life could take and all the what if's.  Narrowing down those trails will come later, right now just let your imagnation take flight as you write it down.
