Depression is shown to be associated with Diabetes, those who have been diagnosed suffer two to four times higher than someone who does not have Diabetes.

*anxiety

*depression

*fatigue

*frequent Urination and Thirst

*weight loss/gain

*persistent vaginal infection among women

are common symptoms when losing control of your sugar levels in your blood system.  You could experience one or all of the symptoms above and just want to blame it on your diabetes; however it's your lack of control of your diabetes.

try try and try some more...  you say you need help, and getting support is the first line of defense.  You are not expected to know everything about this disease, though you may feel you know what needs to be done, your professionals in the medical field are there for your help and assistance.  It may not feel like they are, rather intimidating to tell someone your daily habits, (late night icecream, splurging at buffets we all have habits that either need to be broken or you just live with them because they help you with what ever your trying to comfort yourself at the moment stress signals hit your brain.

Your not supposed to know every thing about everything, but when it comes to YOUR health... YOU need to make an action plan customized for YOU.  Otherwise you are choosing a slow death, where your nerve endings go numb, your kidneys fail, leading to weekly if not daily trips to the dialysis machine to do what your natural organs can't do any longer.

That's this Dummies thoughts ... get the book so you can get a better understanding of all this.

our cells have a protective cover over them that allowsubstanves to feed it and by osmosis it selects what can go in and what can not.

the blood chemical A1c, is the natural substance that's in your body.  This A1c level is a protien that carries oxygen around the body and drops it off it can be measured in your blood system for long term result factors.  Basically helps doctors measure your progress or REGRESSION.

Basically Diabetes causes your nerve endings to die and go numb.  happens in the extremeties first...  It's a SLOW DEATH.

Your Organs are Delicate and need detail care, your kidneys do a lot for our bodies and when you have Diabetes you need to protect them because of the high levels of sugar in your system your cells can't take into much oxycgen or it fries them so our DNA trips a switch that says NO to the energy osmosis... think in your head how to trigger that switch.  Exercise is the first thing that we do to use energy a good thing to do is figure out how you can use more energy in your life and do it... Excercise is Key.

think of your system it needs to make smaller molicules of the oxygen carring protiens so it will fit the key to get into the cell to be used for energy at each cells molecular level.

This is the Dummies understanding... get the book so you can get a better understanding of all this.
